ACCESSIBILITY
Our property is not designed to be fully accessible for those living with a disability.
The front entrance has 4 steps up to the main entry and veranda. After that, apart from the pool area, the Homestead is all on one level. The Suites are large enough overall, but internal doors are not widened for easier wheelchair access.
GUEST MINIMUM AGE
Please note our Property is not suitable for Guests under 18 years.
PETS
Sorry, because of the design of our property we do not accept bookings which include Pets (Registered Accredited Assistance Dogs excepted).
IN SUITE MASSAGES & OTHER BEAUTY TREATMENTS
We can arrange these special services using local visiting business partners.
The Country House will arrange all massage services on your behalf.
GIFT VOUCHERS
We do offer Gift Vouchers but only for a $ value and only by contacting us direct.

When you Book Direct your Check-in time is 2.30 pm. Your Check-out time is 10.30 am.
Third party bookings have a later check-in and check-out times.
When available, earlier Check-in (earliest 12 noon) and later Check-out (latest 3pm) can be arranged for the modest additional cost of $25 an hour or part of an hour when you Book Direct.
Full details will be included in the Confirmation and Guest Info Pack Email we send you when you have made a booking.
OUR BOOK DIRECT PRICES, RATES AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Our Book Direct prices per Suite per night for 2 Guests
Our Book Direct prices are $50 per night less than third party booking websites because we pass the commission savings on to our Guests.
You can book just 1 Night during the week when you Book Direct at the usual midweek night rate.
On Friday and Saturday nights you can still book 1 night when you Book Direct but the rate per night is higher than booking 2 or more nights
Sometimes we may be able to offer a discount for longer bookings or when booking both Suites – ask us for details.

Each Suite can accommodate a maximum of three persons. The additional person cost is $195 per night
When you have stayed once, you are offered free Membership of our VIP Club. When subscribed as a VIP Club Member, you qualify for 10% off these Book Direct prices and 2 or 3 times a year you will receive a really special offer only available to our VIP Club Members!
The Premium Luxury Package
Includes our 3 Course Breakfast for 2 and a long list of In-Suite complimentary items such as a Welcome Bottle of Wine (Red, White or Sparkling), a range of capsules for the in-suite coffee machine, a variety of teas and instant coffees, local Hinterland Milk, local bottled water, chocolates and more!
Book Direct Cancellation Policy Summary
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a Premium Luxury Package booking. This is fully refundable if there is a cancellation more than 28 days prior to arrival. We encourage Guests to contact us direct to postpone their stay at no cost if there is a sudden change in their circumstances rather than cancel within 28 days of arrival.
Luxury Accommodation Only (Room Only)
This rate does NOT include Breakfast.
Book Direct Cancellation Policy Summary
A Room Only booking is payable in full at the time of booking to confirm the booking and is usually non-refundable if there is a cancellation. We encourage Guests to contact us direct immediately if there is a sudden change in their circumstances and to postpone their stay at no cost rather than cancel.
